Postage and Packing costs are added at the Checkout. We have sourced quality insulated packaging to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition, and ship all packages next-day by APC courier service. If you have an urgent requirement, or want to place a larger order (more than 1/2 a goat), please contact us first as we will need to quote for the specific request.
Local deliveries are available, the charge depends on how far away from us you are. We will contact you once an order is placed t arrange a suitable time.
For courier deliveries, our costs are the same for posting one pack or a 10kg box. For orders of Fresh or Frozen meat, we recommend the Pre 12pm Next-Day delivery option to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition. Our standard deliveries ship Monday to Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed after 4pm on Wednesday up to 4pm on Sunday will ship on Monday, unless you request otherwise.
We are able to offer deliveries before a certain time, but the charge for these does increase the earlier you ask for. The options are available at checkout, with the price for each. You can also request a Saturday delivery (by 12pm) in the same way - the order must be placed by 4pm Thursday to guarantee a Saturday delivery.
Note : If you are ordering for a delivery to a remote UK location (Scottish Highlands or Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, or Isle of Wight), please contact us for a delivery quote.
The 'use by' date is stated for all the fresh products. It is safe to freeze any fresh meat on receipt.
We do often have a stock of frozen items. We do ship frozen packs but can NOT guarantee they will stay frozen if being delivered by courier - please consider this when ordering. We do not recommend re-freezing such items, as the product quality may be affected.
A comment box is available on the order form if you have any special requirements (such as a safe place to leave deliveries, or a specific delivery date).
In the shop we accept payment by PayPal, or if you are going to collect from our shop, pay in person by cash or card when you collect your order. If you would prefer to pay via BACS (online banking) or Credit/Debit card, please select 'manual payment' at the checkout and we can provide our bank details or a link to pay via Zettle. All transaction in the store are charged in GBP (£).
Refund and Cancellation Policy
If the product does not arrive the day after shipping, or is not in perfect condition when it does reach you, please contact us to discuss a refund or replacement.
An order can be cancelled up to the time the 'Order Shipped' notification is issued to the customer.
