Postage and Packing costs are added at the Checkout.  We have sourced quality insulated packaging to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition, and ship all packages next-day by Parcel Force.  If you have an urgent requirement, or want to place a bulk order (1/2 a goat or more), please contact us first as we will need to quote for the specific request.

Local deliveries are available, the charge depends on how far away from us you are.  We will contact you once an order is placed to arrange a suitable time.

For all orders of Fresh or Frozen meat, we recommend the 'ExpressAM' delivery option to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition.

  • Orders placed between 6pm Wednesday and 6pm Sunday - Delivered Tuesday

  • Orders placed between 6pm Sunday and 6pm Monday - Delivered Wednesday

  • Orders placed between 6pm Monday and 6pm Tuesday - Delivered Thursday

  • Orders placed between 6pm Tuesday and 6pm Wednesday - Delivered Friday


  • You can also request a Saturday AM delivery - the order must be placed by 6pm Thursday for a Saturday delivery.

For any order placed, if a later delivery date will be more convenient, please let us know.

Note : If you are ordering for a delivery to a remote UK location (Scottish Highlands or Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, or Isle of Wight), please contact us for a delivery quote.

The 'use by' date is stated for all the fresh products, along with a 'Best Before' date for all Frozen packs (or packs you decide to freeze yourself).  It is safe to freeze any fresh meat before the Use By date on the label.  


A comment box is available on the order form if you have any special requirements (such as a safe place to leave deliveries, or a specific delivery date).

In the shop we accept payment by PayPal, or if you are going to collect from our shop, pay in person by cash or card when you collect your order.  If you would prefer to pay via BACS (online banking) or Credit/Debit card, please select 'manual payment' at the checkout and we can provide our bank details or a link to pay via Zettle.  All transactions in the store are charged in GBP (£).

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If the product does not arrive the day after shipping, or is not in perfect condition when it does reach you, please contact us to discuss a refund or replacement.

An order can be cancelled up to the time the 'Order Shipped' notification is issued to the customer.
