Loin Chops with Blue Cheese

A quick and simple recipe that compliments the sweet meat perfectly.  Works well with Cutlets, Loin Chops or Leg Steaks.


  • Cooking time 15 mins plus resting


  • Kid Loin Chops (works just as well with Cutlets or Leg Steaks)

  • Slithers of Blue Cheese to taste

  • Seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C

  2. On a hot hob, seal meat two minutes each side.

  3. Cook in oven for 10 minutes.

  4. Wrap in foil and rest for a few minutes.

  5. Top with slithers of blue cheese and serve.
