Meet some Regular Customers

Two (fairly) local pubs now have Church Hillbilly Boer Goat dishes on their menu on a regular basis. Check them out if you are in Pembrokeshire or Carmarthenshire, to see what these great chefs are doing with our produce.

The Towy Bridge Inn, Llandovery

This great country pub is popular with locals and visitors alike. They have been having Church Hillbilly Goat Meat off of us now for a few months, and are starting to experiment with different dishes to please all their customers.

A yummy Goa inspired goat curry is a regular on the menu, along with a Goat Herd Pie (a take on a Shepherds Pie).  An occasional addition will be Cawl, a delicious, meaty Welsh soup.

If you are in the area (or anywhere near), Julie and Nick will give you a very warm welcome as well as offering a variety of delicious food and drink.

The Trewern Arms, Nevern

Chef James Ellis contacted us during the summer of 2019 and included Church Hillbilly meat on their Winter Menu, which features many great locally sourced products. The team at the Trewern Arms are working hard to build a reputation for great local and seasonal products.

The North-Indian inspired Goat Curry was the most popular dish on their menu over the winter and James is now looking at putting a similar dish on the menu for the new season.
